Terms of use

By creating a Nova Pro account you agree to these terms. They apply to every deposit, package purchase, referral commission and withdrawal on the platform.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and use your own South African mobile number and identity.
• One person, one account. Duplicate or automated accounts may be closed and balances frozen.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Nova Pro staff will never ask for it.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit is R200. Deposits are made by bank transfer or USDT and are credited only after an administrator verifies your proof of payment.
• Always use the reference shown on the deposit page. Payments without a valid reference can be delayed while we trace them.
• Deposits must come from an account in your own name.

Packages

• A package runs for a fixed term and accrues earnings daily into your available balance.
• Package terms shown at the time of purchase apply for the full term of that package.
• A purchase cannot be cancelled once it has started accruing.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal is R100.
• A 15% processing fee is deducted and the exact net amount is shown before you confirm.
• Payouts go only to bank details bound to your own name and are released after review.

Referrals

Commission is paid on packages your invitees purchase: Level 1 15%, Level 2 4%, Level 3 1%. Self- referral, fake accounts and incentivised sign-ups are not allowed and forfeit commission.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account involved in fraud, chargebacks, money laundering, impersonation or abuse of the referral programme, and reverse any resulting credits.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
